This website is designed to provide a website repository for employers to register an account and report new hires through manual data entry or file upload. Information collected automatically when you visit this website

Personal information we collect

Employers are required by the Federal law Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (PRWORA) of 1996 and Arizona State law (Ariz. Rev. Stat. §§ 23-722.01 to 23-757) to report information about newly hired or re-hired employees who will be working in Arizona. In order to use some of this Site’s features, you may be asked to provide personal information. YoungWilliams does not collect any personal information through this Site unless you provide that information voluntarily. 

You provide personal information voluntarily when you submit new hire information using this Site. We clearly identify data you must provide so we can deliver the services or information you have requested. YoungWilliams may ask that you provide or verify the following personal information; the list is not exhaustive:

  • Employee’s full name
  • Employee’s Social Security number
  • Employee’s date of birth
  • Employee’s address

During your visit to the Site, you may submit new hire information. The information, including personal information, volunteered by you in completing the transaction is used by YoungWilliams to operate the Arizona New Hire Reporting program.

YoungWilliams has policies to protect the confidentiality of personal information we get as we do business. Our privacy policies have standards to guard confidentiality, prohibit unlawful disclosure, and limit access to personal information such as Social Security numbers. We use physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect personal information.

How we use and share the personal information we collect

Choosing to provide personal information to YoungWilliams, whether we request it or not, constitutes consent to the collection and sharing of the information with National Directory of New Hires maintained by Federal Department of Health and Human Services and the Arizona Department of Economic Security for the reasons you shared the information with YoungWilliams.

Except as stated below or as otherwise authorized by law, YoungWilliams will only collect or disclose personal information through this Site if you agree to let us collect or disclose that personal information. YoungWilliams may collect or disclose personal information without your agreement if it is:

  • necessary to fulfill or meet the reason for which the personal information is collected [e.g., enrolling in a health plan];
  • necessary to perform our statutory duties as authorized by law, or authorized by state or federal statute or regulation;
  • necessary to comply with a valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order;
  • to improve our services
  • necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our clients, or others;

How we safeguard your personal information

YoungWilliams is strongly committed to protecting personal information collected through this website against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. YoungWilliams limits employee access to personal information collected through this website to only those employees who need access to the information to perform their official duties. Employees who have access to this information follow appropriate procedures in connection with any disclosures of personal information.


YoungWilliams uses various technological and procedural security measures in order to protect the personal information we collect through the website from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. We have documented Information Security & Privacy policies to address data protection. We regularly provide information security and privacy awareness training to our employees. However, you should be aware that due to the open and unsecured character of the Internet, YoungWilliams cannot be responsible for the security of transmissions of personal information over the Internet. We have prepared a formal incident response plan in case of a data breach. 


To protect your communications through the website, we authenticate, monitor, audit, and encrypt activity. You can tell when the site is secure by looking at the location (URL) field. If the URL begins with https:// (instead of http ://), the document comes from a secure server. This means your personally identifiable information cannot be read or deciphered by unauthorized individuals. This is part of our continuing commitment to protecting your information.
