Employer Registration

Please register with the site by entering the information requested below. Registering allows you to report new hires using our Web-based forms and upload new hire files directly through the site.

If you are a payroll company, accounting firm, or are reporting for several companies, and would like to use this site to report new hires, please contact the Louisiana Directory of New Hires for assistance.

When selecting a password, use a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 characters, which should contain a combination of letters, numbers and special characters. Do not choose a password that can be easily guessed. These include variations of your name, date of birth, or business name.
