Employer Registration

Please register with the site by entering the information requested below. Registering allows you to report new hires using our Web-based forms and upload new hire files directly through the site.

If you are a payroll company, accounting firm, or are reporting for several companies, and would like to use this site to report new hires, please contact the Indiana New Hire Reporting Center for assistance.

When selecting a password, use a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 characters, which should contain a combination of letters, numbers and special characters. Do not choose a password that can be easily guessed. These include variations of your name, date of birth, or business name.

*An e-mail address is required for registration. For your security it is used to verify your company's registration, and any subsequent changes to the registration. If you do not have an e-mail address, please contact us to register for online reporting.
